U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan has announced the members of her senior leadership team for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Hampshire.

Kiersten Korczynski will serve as First Assistant United States Attorney. Previously, Korczynski worked as a trial attorney in the Department of Justice National Security Division, Counterterrorism Section, managing international terrorism prosecutions and coordinating investigative efforts between federal and state law enforcement agencies. She also served for ten years in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps, acting both as defense counsel and prosecutor, including work on the Guantanamo Bay trial related to the September 11 attacks. Before joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, she was General Counsel for Exxon Mobil Corporation’s Indonesian operations.

Jennifer Cole Davis continues her role as Chief of the Criminal Division after her initial appointment in February 2024. Davis is a 32-year veteran who has led narcotics investigations and coordinated national opioid response efforts within the office. Her experience includes prosecuting a range of federal offenses such as firearms violations, drug trafficking, immigration offenses, and white-collar crimes.

John Kennedy remains Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division following his December 2024 appointment. Kennedy brings over ten years’ experience as a prosecutor in New Hampshire, handling cases involving homicide, voter fraud, drug and firearm offenses, and financial fraud at both federal and state levels.

Raphael Katz leads as Chief of the Civil Division after serving as Acting Chief since May 2025 before his formal appointment in December 2025. Katz has overseen affirmative civil enforcement matters including healthcare fraud and customs fraud cases that have resulted in significant recoveries for the government.

Ryan Martin was appointed Administrative Officer in January 2026 and manages administrative functions such as budgeting, facilities management, procurement, human resources, IT systems, and records management for the office. Martin joined the Department of Justice in 2022 after a career spanning more than two decades with Tilton Police Department where he reached captain rank.

“I am so pleased to be working with such a talented and dedicated group of public servants,” said U.S Attorney Creegan. “Since 1789, when President George Washington appointed the first U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire, this office has served the people of this state. Every person in the U.S. Attorney’s Office works tirelessly to uphold the rule of law and keep New Hampshire safe, free, and prosperous. These leaders have accepted the responsibility of serving both their colleagues as well as their fellow Granite Staters. They represent our fulfillment of a 237-year old promise. New Hampshire is fortunate to have their leadership, and I am grateful for their service.”
