Isaiah Ferro and Zaire Braddock pleaded guilty on Apr. 15 in federal court to conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery, according to U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan.

The case concerns a robbery at a local business in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Prosecutors say the two men, along with three co-conspirators, traveled from New York to commit the crime. The incident involved threatening a victim with what appeared to be a firearm and restraining them before stealing merchandise and goods from the premises.

According to statements made in court, after the theft, Ferro, Braddock, and their associates loaded stolen items into a truck driven by another accomplice and then fled back to New York.

Ferro’s sentencing is scheduled for July 14, while Braddock will be sentenced on July 29. The charge carries a maximum prison term of 20 years, up to $250,000 in fines, and not more than three years of supervised release. Sentences are determined by federal district court judges based on U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and relevant statutes.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation led the investigation into this case. The Londonderry Police Department, New Hampshire State Police, Massachusetts State Police, and New York Police Department also assisted. Assistant U.S. Attorney Anna Krasinski is prosecuting.
